Moyrabandh Gram Bikash Kendra (MGBK)

This 3-year project is to improve the lot of the Kheria Sabars, a downtrodden tribal group. MGBK built community center is being used to provide education, health awareness and training in marketable skills. A total of 307 women and children have been provided information on reproductive and child health care, personal hygiene, safe drinking water and
sanitation and preventive measures for water borne diseases, TB and HIV/AIDS. Twenty girls have been trained in hand embroidery and side bag weaving.
